Former AS Kigali president Shema Ngoga Fabrice has been elected as the new president of the Rwanda Football Federation (FERWAFA).
In Saturday’s general assembly, Shema received 51 out of 53 votes, with no votes against and two abstentions.
He pledged reforms under the slogan “One Vision, One Team” and will work with a new executive committee including Gasarabwe Claudine (1st Vice President, Administration & Finance) and Mugisha Richard (2nd Vice President, Technical Affairs).
