Mutagoma Shines in Rwanda’s Gospel Music With “Haratsinda Intwarane”

Rwandan Gospel artist Mutagoma is quickly becoming a name to watch, thanks to his powerful song “Haratsinda Intwarane.” The track, which has already gained over 54,000 YouTube views and nearly 100 comments, is loved for its uplifting message and inspiring chorus that draws listeners closer to God.

Mutagoma, whose real name is Noel Mutagoma, began his music journey during the COVID-19 pandemic. His first single was released in 2022, and he now has three songs out: “Umusaraba,” “Iziyerekana,” and “Haratsinda Intwarane.” He is also preparing to drop a new single titled “Iryo Jwi.”

Beyond music, the 29-year-old singer is married to Mignonne Igihozo and co-runs Reign Optical, a Kigali-based eyewear business. He says his wife has been his biggest supporter throughout his Gospel career.

Looking ahead, Mutagoma dreams of taking his music to the international stage, mentoring young Gospel artists, and one day collaborating with Meddy, his all-time inspiration.

With faith-driven music and a clear mission to spread the Gospel, Mutagoma is positioning himself as one of Rwanda’s rising Gospel stars.
