Speaking at a high-level gathering in Dakar, President Paul Kagame said Africa should no longer wait for help from other parts of the world when it already has the resources and human capacity to thrive.
“We should not always wait for others when we have everything, and our people know what to do,” he stated.
Kagame called for stronger collaboration among African nations to achieve food security and sustainable growth. He urged leaders to take bold steps, reminding them that the continent’s progress depends on translating decisions into real action.
