Locals say the facility will not only improve service delivery but also enhance the town\u2019s image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cOur town is growing with modern buildings, but our cell office was the only one left looking old and unattractive. We are very proud that the leadership responded to our request and built this office,\u201d said resident <strong>Dan Rugazola<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, residents seeking services faced challenges due to congestion, limited space, and disruptions during community meetings. <strong>Chantal Uwimana<\/strong>, another resident, noted that the old office could not host multiple services at once, which often caused delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the new facility, however, residents can now access different services simultaneously \u2014 from community health insurance (<em>mituweli<\/em>) to mediation (<em>abunzi<\/em>) and administrative support \u2014 in a more convenient and dignified setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kirehe District Vice Mayor in charge of Economic Development, <strong>Modeste Nzirabatinya<\/strong>, emphasized that the building is part of broader efforts to provide <strong>quality services and a modern outlook<\/strong> to Nyakarambi, one of Rwanda\u2019s fast-growing secondary cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThe first priority is for residents to be welcomed in a clean, well-equipped space, which improves service delivery.
