If one staff member is absent, another steps in to ensure no gap is left,\u201d<\/em> she told <em>Intyoza.com<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the toughest targets, she noted, was the new <strong>\u201cByikorere\u201d program<\/strong>, which requires citizens to request at least 20% of public services digitally, without going through Irembo agents. Limited access to smartphones and computers posed challenges, but the sector still met the target.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umugiraneza highlighted the role of citizens in the achievement: <em>\u201cThey are our key partners, and most of these goals were achieved together with them.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During an event at Kamonyi District headquarters, Gacurabwenge Sector received the top trophy, winning over <strong>95% of all prizes awarded<\/strong>. Runda Sector took second place, while Kayenzi ranked third.
